Roasted Corn Basil



INGREDIENTS
  • Corn Cob
  • 1 Tbspn Butter, at room temperature
  • A handful of Basil Leaves
METHOD
  • Chop the basil leaves finely. Add it to the butter and mix well.
  • Roast the corn on a low flame. 
  • Apply the basil butter generously on the corn, as soon as it is roasted.
  • Serve immediately.
