Minty Grape Juice

A glass of minty grape juice is sure to freshen up any tired soul.

This recipe calls for green grapes, which are the sweetest among all its cousins. Rich in antioxidants and minerals, they sure are a healthy choice.
Eat as many as you want, for they are an absolute zero when it comes to fat content.

Not only do these little berries tingle your taste buds but also rejuvenate the skin. Green grapes are responsible for an increased metabolism rate, thereby inducing perspiration which in turn leaves the skin refreshed.

A hint of mint and re-freshness ensured !!

Pudina Grape Juice

INGREDIENTS
    Mint Grape Juice
  • 20-25 Green Grapes
  • 2-3 Sprigs of Mint/ Pudina Leaves or 10-12 leaves
  • 1 Tbspn Sugar or as per taste
  • A pinch of Black Salt
  • Soda, chilled
METHOD
  • Blend the grapes, mint leaves, sugar and black salt. In case of seeded grapes, cut open and de-seed them first.
  • Strain the blend using a sieve. 
  • Fill a glass half way with the clear juice. Top the rest with chilled soda.
  • Sit back, relax, take a sip and...... Voila ! you are refreshed :D .
