Ingredients:
- Thin/ Nylon Poha(Flattened Rice)
- Curry Leaves
- Green Chillies – Small pieces
- Groundnuts
- Onion – Thinnly Sliced
- Oil, Turmeric, Salt, Hing, Mustard Seeds
- Tomatoes (Optional)
- Heat oil in a pan. Add pinch of hing, sliced/ halved green chilles, groundnuts and curry leaves.
- Then add thinly sliced onions, pinch of turmeric and salt as per taste.
- Stir till raw smell of onion vanishes.
- Add the nylon/thin poha directly and stir for some more time.
- Voila! The dish is ready to be served.
- Tip: This snack can be garnished with tomatoes and a sprint of lemon juice.
