Poha (Flattened Rice) Fry



Ingredients:
  • Thin/ Nylon Poha(Flattened Rice)
  • Curry Leaves
  • Green Chillies – Small pieces
  • Groundnuts
  • Onion – Thinnly Sliced
  • Oil, Turmeric, Salt, Hing, Mustard Seeds
  • Tomatoes (Optional)
Procedure:
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add pinch of hing, sliced/ halved green chilles, groundnuts and curry leaves.
  • Then add thinly sliced onions, pinch of turmeric and salt as per taste.
  • Stir till raw smell of onion vanishes.
  • Add the nylon/thin poha directly and stir for some more time.
  • Voila! The dish is ready to be served.
  • Tip: This snack can be garnished with tomatoes and a sprint of lemon juice.
