INGREDIENTS:
- 250gm Wheat Flour
- 1 Tspn Sooji
- Oil for deep frying
- In a mixing bowl, add the wheat flour along with the sooji and salt as per taste.
- Add water as per requirement and knead into a hard dough.
- Cover with a lid and keep aside.
- After approximately 15 minutes, knead the dough once again and pinch out small balls of dough.
- Roll them into circular flat shapes. Keep the thickness to a maximum 1mm.
- Deep fry each of them in hot oil. When the raw puri’s are put into the hot oil, press them softly with the perforated ladle. This will help the puri’s puff up.
- Hot puri’s are ready !!
