Golden Fried Baby Corn



INGREDIENTS
  • 6-7 Baby Corns, slit length-wise
For the Batter
  • 1 Tbspn Maida
  • 1 Tbspn Corn flour
  • 1 Tspn Chilli Powder, or as per taste
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 Tspn Chat Masala
  • 1 Tspn Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tspn Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2-3 Sprigs Coriander Leaves, chopped finely
METHOD
  • In a bowl, add the baby corn pieces. Add the batter ingredients to it and toss well so as to coat all the pieces well. Add a little water if necessary. Let it marinate for a couple of minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Drop the baby corns one by one into the hot oil.
  • Fry till the pieces turn golden brown in colour and are crispy. Drain excess oil on a kitchen towel.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup for a lip smacking time. Enjoy !!
