METHOD
For The Masala
- 1 Medium Onion, chopped finely
- 1 Medium Tomato, chopped finely
- 3-4 Sprigs of Coriander, chopped finely
- 1 Tspn Lemon Juice
- 1 Tspn Chat Masala or as per taste
- 1 Green chilly or as many as per taste, chopped finely
- Black salt as per taste
Oil, for frying
METHOD
- Add all the masala ingredients to a container and mix well. Check the taste and adjust the spices if necessary.
- Heat oil and fry the papads till crisp. In case the papad is large in size, slice into four quarters.
- Drain the excess oil by placing the fried papad on a kitchen towel.
- Generously sprinkle the masala on each of the papad. Serve immediately, else the papad tends to turn soggy.
- And munch away……!!
