INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups Chopped Pineapple
- 3/4 Cup Cocnut Milk
- 2 Cups Crushed Ice
- Sugar, as per taste
- Pineapple wedges, for garnish (optional)
- Maraschino Cherry, for garnish (optional)
- Blend the chopped pineapple chunks to a smooth puree.
- Add the coconut milk, ice cubes and sugar.
- Add water to thin down the consistency, if desired. Blend till smooth.
- Pour into desired glass. Garnish with pineapple wedges and maraschino cherry. Serve immediately.
