Potato Peas Cutlet


INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Large Potato
  • 1 Cup Green Peas, fresh or frozen
  • 2-3 Green Chillies, chopped finely
  • 1/2 Tspn Ginger Paste
  • 1 Tspn Chat Masala
  • 1 Tspn Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tspn Lemon Juice
  • 3-4 Tbspn Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Tbspn Roasted Sesame Seeds (optional)
  • Chilli Powder as per taste
  • Salt, as per taste
METHOD
  • Boil the potato and green peas. 
  • Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl along with potatoes and green peas. Mash and make a paste. Mix well.
  • Make 1" diameter balls out of the mix and flatten them. Alternatively, any desired shape can be given.
  • Heat a tawa and grease with oil. Add the cutlets one by one and shallow fry on a low flame.
  • Cook both sides till golden brown. 
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup or any chutney of your liking.
